  • If the service has not yet started and a request for cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment.
  • If there is a delay in delivering the service that exceeds 30 days from the agreed-upon deadline and is not caused by delays from the client’s end (e.g., delayed approvals, content submission, etc.).

2. Cancellations Policy
