Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information to ensure the successful execution of services. Clients must also adhere to agreed timelines for feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

4. Payment Terms
Payments for services must be made as per the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential. EYB Digital Media will not disclose any client information without prior written consent unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property
All content created by EYB Digital Media during the course of the project will remain the property of the client upon full payment of services. However, EYB Digital Media reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability
EYB Digital Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be liable to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Amendments
EYB Digital Media reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and reflected on our website.
